To register and maintain an active account on zk999, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:
Age Restriction: zk999 strictly enforces the 21+ age requirement. Any account found to be operated by a person under 21 years of age will be closed immediately, all pending withdrawals will be voided, and any deposits may be refunded at the Platform's discretion following a full investigation.
Registration on zk999 is free of charge. When creating an account, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information as requested in the registration form. You must notify zk999 immediately of any changes to your registered information.
One Account Per Member. Each Member is entitled to hold one and only one account on the Platform. Holding multiple accounts — whether for the purpose of claiming additional bonuses or for any other reason — is strictly prohibited. Where multiple accounts are identified, all accounts other than the original may be closed without notice and any associated balances forfeited.
Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. All financial transactions on zk999 are conducted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR/Rp). The Platform supports deposits and withdrawals through the following approved payment methods:
Deposits. Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method (from Rp 10.000 for e-wallets and Rp 25.000 for bank transfers). Deposits are credited to your account upon confirmation from the payment provider, which is typically instant for e-wallets and bank transfers using real-time payment networks. zk999 does not charge fees on deposits; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own charges.
Withdrawals. Withdrawal requests may be submitted at any time once your account has completed KYC verification. Minimum withdrawal amounts are Rp 50.000. Withdrawals are processed Monday through Sunday; the majority of requests are completed within 15 minutes to 2 hours during business hours (WIB). Processing times may extend during scheduled bank maintenance windows or peak demand periods. zk999 does not guarantee any specific withdrawal timeline.
Anti-Money Laundering. In accordance with international best practice, zk999 applies anti-money laundering (AML) controls to all financial transactions. Withdrawals must be returned to the same payment method used for deposits where technically possible. zk999 reserves the right to request source-of-funds documentation for large transactions and to report suspicious activity to relevant authorities.
Third-Party Payments: Deposits made using payment methods registered in the name of a person other than the registered account holder are strictly prohibited. Any such deposits may be voided and the account suspended pending investigation.

Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial recreational purposes. This licence does not include the right to copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any part of the Platform's content without the prior written consent of zk999.
